October Fun in Southern Utah
October is a great time to get out and hit the hikes in the area. Our National and State Parks are really something to experience first-hand. But if hiking isn’t your thing, check out some of our other events.
Every Saturday in October we have a farmer’s market (including artisanal items) across the street in Ancestor Square. We also have an arts market at Tuacahn featuring local artists and crafters.
On October 1st we have the world renowned Utah Symphony performing at the Cox Performing Arts Center.
On October 15th we have one of my favorite events, the Scottish Strong concert at the Electric Theater. It is followed on October 16th with the Redstone Highland Games & Festival at Sandtown Park. It is still in its first five years, so it is small and enjoyable for an afternoon.
Let’s cap off the list with a comedy night. Brian Regan will be at Tuacahn recording a special for Netflix on October 23rd and 24th.
I look forward to some fun days ahead with these events. And I look forward to serving you at The Mulberry Inn.
